Encounter by LifeWallet app for iPhone and iPad

Encounter is the ideal health-risk assessment tool. By coupling easy to answer surveys with a short list of vital entries, Encounter scores each risk assessment so that the participant knows where they stand when it comes to their health.

Encounter iPad is not a stand alone app, it is a companion app to our health risk assessment ecosystem.

To set up the Encounter health risk assessment app you login in the top left corner with your Encounter credentials. This will then pair your Encounter to the location where the assessments will be conducted. Now that your app is setup to that location, you can have your clients create accounts or login. Clients can now take new assessments or view past assessments they have taken to compare their results.
